Problem
Shannon Archuleta is a San Francisco tattoo artist who specializes in custom and large pieces. She has been tattooing since 1994 and has an extensive portfolio of work. Although Shannon is highly regarded within her field, she had very little online visibility when she hired DMSF. At the time, 90% of Shannon’s clientele found her through word-of-mouth, and the remaining 10% was walk-in business at the shop where she was working.
Solution
DMSF redesigned Shannon’s website to showcase her portfolio, then created and implemented an extensive social media strategy to leverage her large network of tattoo enthusiasts, artists, and shops.

Within 3 months of hiring DMSF, Shannon’s daily tattoo schedule went from being fully booked one month in advance to being fully booked 2 months in advance. After a year of working with DMSF, Shannon’s appointment slots are now fully booked for the next 9 months, and that number continues to grow.
