Louda Baca
Louda Baca joined the world of interactive marketing shortly after graduating from Mills College with a degree in Mathematics. She worked with Lot21 (now Carat Fusion), for clients such as eBay and Sega, then later worked at Modem Media as the chief marketing analyst for Intel Home Computing.
Louda moved to Connecticut to study organic farming and sustainability on the historic Cobble Brook Farm. While there, she launched Deathray Design, a firm dedicated to supporting non-profits and local businesses. Louda headed home to San Francisco to work at SustainLane (an online community powered directory for sustainability). She then became a marketing consultant, working with clients such as Cozybit and Wikipedia, before co-founding DynaMedia San Francisco with Marcine Perry.
Louda is also an avid motorcyclist and enjoys hanging out with her family in Dolores Park. She is especially fond of a sassy dachshund named Fritz (handsome dog pictured on the Services page).
Marcine Perry
Marcine implemented contact strategies for clients including Rainforest2Reef, the Family Violence Prevention Fund, Museum of the African Diaspora (MoAD), and Oberlin Dance Collective (ODC) while working at Papilia, an online fundraising company for non-profit organizations. She was the digital campaign manager at Sunset Magazine () All of these projects inspired her interest and desire in working with socially responsible companies.
When she’s not working her booty off, Marcine is a dancer with the Bellydance Mafia and also DJs drum & bass and house music.
Nikki Pava
Nikki Pava has worked in a strategic capacity with Fortune 500 companies, small- and medium-sized businesses, and non-profits. She is an independent sustainability consultant who supports companies in reducing costs while increasing efficiency. Nikki has worked with Williams-Sonoma to decrease waste in their stores, for Burning Man LLC on its five-year sustainability plan, and with Morrison & Foerster to help establish their Cleantech Practice.
Nikki founded EcoTuesday, the sustainable business leaders networking forum that takes place each month in 10 cities across the nation. Nikki has also traveled the world interviewing CEO’s of some of the largest companies about long-term economic strategy, environmental impact and social responsibility. She earned her MBA at the Presidio School of Management in San Francisco.
Nikki’s passion is to create awareness so people can make healthier choices in their professional and personal lives. She has an eye for identifying wasteful practices and constructively sharing her findings.
